Shipping policy

Effective Date: October 1, 2025

At GrindWell Co., all coffee is roasted fresh to order and shipped directly from our U.S. roasting facility through our trusted fulfillment partner.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and roasted within 3 to 5 business days after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another when your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Standard delivery times within the United States are usually 3 to 7 business days depending on your location and carrier conditions. Please note that shipping times may vary slightly during holidays, peak seasons, or due to carrier delays that are outside of our control.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, quantity, and destination. Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions which will be displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after your package has shipped.

Delivery Issues

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your local carrier office. GrindWell Co. is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at GrindWellCo@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review and make it right.

International Shipping

At this time, GrindWell Co. ships only within the United States. We plan to expand international shipping options in the future.
